Member Grand Lodges exert their jurisdiction over the countries located in the Pacific Ocean basin, in Southeast Asia or in the Indian Subcontinent. They have to be Regular, Sovereign, and Independent Grand Lodges. Other Grand Lodges that may have a geographical link with these regions, and are interested in belonging to the Conference, are accepted as such by the General Assembly.
